** About these rules
* Who do they apply to?
Everyone, nobody is excused from them, and it is the users responsibilty to keep up to date with changes to the rules.
* Are these rules likely to change?
Yes, rules may be changed after discussions in the Admin Area on the forums.
* Aggressive Behaviour
Aggressive behaviour towards members, or staff will not be tolerated. Where a member is found to be bullying or threatening another member they will be banned.
* Language
All users are expected to use normal language and common courtesy.
The Admins & Mods will NOT accept any form of swearing, cursing etc. etc, or any insulting remarks made in general or to a specific person. If and when a person persistantly does so and ignores Admin-Mod warnings, the user will be banned.

The BF2CC Software is copyrighted sotware, please do not change or add anything without written permission from the author, do not sell or distribute the software on any other location.
BF2CC is Freeware and available for everyone to use from our website at BF2CC.com. If you are asked to pay for this software, please let us know.
BF2CC.com, it's Staff and author are not responsible for any damage or problems the software may cause. Nor are they responsible for any remarks, postings, links etc. as posted by it's users on the BF2CC-Forums.
Usage of the website, forums or the software is on users own risk. We do not accept any claims.
EA, EA-Games, Electronic Arts, Battlefield, Battlefielfd2, BF2, BF2 Special Forces, etc. etc. are all brands/trademarks and copyrighted by Electronic Arts inc; NOT by BF2CC.com.

* Where do i get support?
For BF2CC, you can get support here. For BF2, please go to the BF2-forums first.
What do i need to do first, when i need support?
- First read the Online help page and the FAQ on the BF2CC website.
- Then read the FAQ on the forums.
- After this perform a Forum SEARCH to see if there is a similar topic allready.
- If you have done all of this and haven't found an answer, post in the relevant thread on the BF2CC-Forums
BEFORE posting make sure you have READ THIS ANNOUNCEMENT and provide us at least with the required info.

** Usage of the BF2CC-forums
* Registration
To register to the BF2CC forums, you will need to enter the required data as outlined in the FAQ and the registration agreement. If you choose not to provide us with that information, the administrators may decline your registration.
* Announcements
Announcements are there for a reason, being to keep users informed of important issues etc. So please read them and this will prevent a lot of unnecessary postings & questions.
* Posting
Take a moment to familiarise yourself with the forums. This way you will know where to post about what. The Moderators & Admins will move a users topic if it is in the wrong thread, but if a user purposely persists in misplacing topics, he may be banned from the forums.
* Double posting
When a user is making double posts on the forum, the Admins & Moderators are allowed to remove these. If a user persists in double postings, even after being warned, he can be banned from the forums.
* Spamming
Spamming is considered to be multiple postings regarding a or different subjects in order to attract attention or for a personal gain. We will not accept this. Please do not spam our forums. Our Moderators are able to ban users that are spamming.
* User Activity
When a user has not visited or posted on the forums, for a longer period of time, the user will be deleted by the Admins.
* Advertising - Adds
It is not allowed for commercial 3rd parties to promote their merchandise, or place any form of advertisement on the BF2CC forums.
Clans may advertise themselves, but ONLY in the Clans-thread.

** Use of Links
* Spamming
Spamming is considered to be multiple posts regarding the one website in order to attract traffic there for a personal gain. We will accept links to external sites, preferrably in the Links-section, but this must not be abused. Please do not spam our forums. Our Moderators are able to ban users that are spamming to much!
* What links are allowed?
All links that are related to gaming clans, gaming sites, sites of the Battlefield franchise by EA, Software related sites to BF2/SF etc.
Links to sotfware/files, executables or other form of files are not allowed.
* Warez, etc.
Linking to malicious programs, pornography,etc. will not be tolerated at all, post them and be banned!
** Use of Images
* Copyright
No images, avatars, signatures which are under copyright should be used, unless you make quite clear who the copyright belongs to and that you are allowed to use the image for social purposes.
All images and logos related to BF2CC on the BF2CC website & forums, copyright by BF2CC.com.
Usage of the BF2CC logo and/or name used in email and/or website adresses/names is also forbidden and could lead to resetting an account and-or a ban from the BF2CC website & forums..
Pretending to be a member of the BF2CC team or Staff is also forbidden and will lead to an immediate ban from the BF2CC website & forums.
* Adult Content
Images of nudity, real or not may NOT be used in any way. Examples of images not allowed are those specifically of Male and Female genetalia, or two people engaging in any form of sexual activity etc. etc.. The Admins have the final say on whether an image breaks these rules!
* Offensive Content
Images containing offensive-extremist material, such as racist or extremist signs/words etc., generally not-accepted content etc.,real or not may NOT be used and will be deleted. Examples of these are images referring to extremist- or racist organisations, other non-accepted organisations, discrimination in all forms, bodily mutations etc. etc. The Admins have the final say on whether an image breaks these rules!
